Our Virtues Program

At Traver, we want our students to become caring and respectful citizens of the world.

We have adopted a program called the Virtues Project.  This initiative was created by psychologists who felt it was important to find good in everyone through the virtues each person possesses.

Each class works through the virtues in their own way through activities and discussions.

The pictures in the slideshow are actually posters that Mrs. Kutschenreuter created to showcase the virtues that each class is working on.

Tied into the virtues is also our anti-bullying initiative.  Our middle school students have created videos to show the younger grades what it is like to be kind and respectful.

We had three assemblies on anti-bullying in the 2011-2012 school year.
