Fifth Through Eighth Grade

Beginning in fifth grade, students move to different teachers and classrooms. Our fifth through eighth graders make up our middle school level.
Our average class size is 8 students. Students carry school-issued Chromebooks to each class and take them home. (Please learn more on the Technology page.) Our students participate in field trips around the community. Classes welcome visitors to speak about their experiences to extend and enhance regular class time as well. Beyond the core subjects, students take part in our physical education program every other day with Mr. Nottestad. Students enjoy music with Mr. Lumaye and art with Mrs. Jusczcyk for a semester each year.
Students attend Spanish class. Sixth, seventh, and eighth graders have Spanish everyday. Our Library/Media Specialist. Ms. Schultz, helps students learn about technology. |
