To celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday grades 1-4 had a special morning to honor him. They made Thing 1 and 2, they wrote stories, listened to stories read by Tim Tebow and Justin Bieber, and made Oobleck. In math class, they did a graphing assignment with colored goldfish.

The third and fourth graders have been working on reading fluency, which means being able to read smoothly and with expression. To practice, students were each given a Christmas picture book. They practiced reading their books for three days. Then, on the fourth day, they read their books to the first and second graders. Everyone did a great job!
