The fifth graders recently participated in a Read-a-thon. Mrs. Mott gave them extra time to dive into their great books. They also took Scrabble to a new level as they played with their vocabulary words.
The fifth graders are also currently in the DARE program. They had to practice walking with "drunk goggles" on. The goggles are meant to disorient vision to experience how difficult it is to move around when drinking alcohol.
