Writing Letters in Second Grade

In second grade, we have been learning how to write a friendly letter and how to address an envelope. We have practiced writing letters to our friends and classmates.  Finally, we were ready to write a real letter and mail it!  For our final project we wrote letters to our favorite Disney characters and sent them to Disney World!  The rumor is that we will get a returned autographed picture from our favorite characters within a couple of months.  We are keeping our fingers crossed!
